If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund for the item purchased or exchange the product within two weeks of your purchase date. The returned items must be received at our facility within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date or a refund/exchange will not be accepted.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with tags and hygiene stickers still attached. If the product is dirty, has makeup on it, or has been worn in the water, a refund will not be processed. Please include the order number in the return package.
The customer must pay for return shipping.
