Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, and hygiene stickers intact.

• Items that are dirty, have makeup stains, or have been worn in water will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Returns must be received at our facility within 14 days of the purchase date to be processed.

Return Shipping & Processing:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please include your order number in the return package to avoid delays.
